The DaFontStyle Font Finder is built to identify fonts without collecting your data. In short: we do not store the images you upload.
Images you upload
- Your image is resized and cropped in your own browser before it is sent.
- It is sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare Worker, analysed in memory by an AI vision model, and discarded as soon as the result is returned.
- We do not save, publish, sell or build a gallery from uploaded images.
- Do not upload images that contain sensitive personal information.
Service providers
The tool runs on Cloudflare (hosting and Workers AI). If enabled, Google’s Gemini API may process the image to improve accuracy. These providers process the image only to return the result, under their own privacy terms. Font previews load font files from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address like any website request.
Logs and storage
We keep anonymous technical logs (such as error counts and request timing) to keep the service running and to prevent abuse through rate limiting. Your browser may remember the “Boost contrast” setting locally.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the tool is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location) and Google AdSense to show ads that keep the tool free. These Google services may set cookies or use similar technologies, and may show personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. The images you upload are never sent to Analytics or AdSense.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings, and learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
